Patricia Backer, CPP is the VP of Payroll Services for Atlas Certified Payroll Inc and has been with the company since April, 1999. She is a Certified Payroll Professional and member of the American Payroll Association along with the local Hall of Fame Chapter in Canton, Ohio. As a dedicated payroll professional, Patricia strives to enhance the payroll needs of her clients with exceptional customer service. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to, the set up of every new client, training of staff, BWC & SUTA audits, payroll notices and tax research. Patricia also handles the application process for clients whom require new withholding accounts for multiple states, localities and counties.

Julie Wogan, CPP is a Payroll Supervisor and a Standard/Premier/Web Pay® Payroll Processor. She has been with the company since September 2011. Julies expertise are in, payroll tax preparation, audits, tax notice and research, as well as in providing the best in customer service. Julie excels in online retirement transmissions, all levels of our payroll services, research and advisement of payroll tax law. Julie is a graduate of The University of Akron with a degree in Business Administration/Finance, she has 20+ years of working experience in payroll and payroll tax.

Andrea Hillyer - Tax Escrow Coordinator for Atlas Certified Payroll has been with the company since March 1998. Andrea has a Bachelors degree in Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Akron. Andrea spent eight years as a Payroll Processor before making the move to Escrow Coordinator. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have made the transition seamless. She is married to Matt and they have 2 children.

Tom Netting is a Sales Associate and former Premier Pay® Payroll Processor whom has been with our company since January 2018. He transitioned into the payroll sales department in 2023 bringing with him a knowledge of payroll tax enabling his advisement to new and current clients be enhanced. After high school, vocational school and college, Tommy decided to become a payroll processor and now a payroll sales associate. He is married to his husband Michael and lives in the West Akron neighborhood of Highland Square. He enjoys all types of music, reading and walking his dog, Willow and being a member of The Bluecoats who keep him busy in his spare time.

Jennifer graduated from The University of Akron in 1996 with a Master of Science Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She joined the company in 2016. Prior to working at Atlas Certified Payroll, Jennifer spent over eighteen years working in the field of higher education. Jennifer lives in Green with her husband Joe and their three sons. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s athletic events.

Tom Gustavich, CPP is in our Tax/Escrow Dept and processes Standard/Premier Pay® payrolls. He has been with our company since 2012. He has over thirty years experience in bookkeeping and accounting with most of that coming from the retail motor sports industry. Has 15 plus years handling all the aspects of payroll, including payroll taxes, BWC filings and benefit administration. Over the years he has been involved with wage and hour audits, BWC audits and unemployment claims and hearings. He likes the idea of doing the payroll for clients in various types of businesses and getting to know his clients. He is a local resident of North Canton Ohio.

Courtney Bullock, FPC is a Premier Pay® Payroll Processor at Atlas Certified Payroll Inc and has been with the company since January 2021. Courtney graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 with an Associates Degree of Applied Business focusing on Accounting Technology and soon after received her FPC in 2017. Courtney is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Payroll Chapter and hopes to earn her CPP. She is married with 4 children and when she is not calculating paychecks, she is usually at a soccer field.

Nikki Drake is a Premier Pay® Payroll Processor at Atlas Certified Payroll Inc. and has been with the company since August 2022. Nikki prides herself in providing excellent customer service and attention to detail. She has several years of experience in Accounts Payable and five years of experience processing payroll for a staffing agency. She is a wife and mother of 5 children and when she is not processing payroll, she is usually enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Leann is a Premier Pay® Payroll Processor at Atlas Certified Payroll Inc. and has been with the company since September 2022.

Leann prides herself in providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Leann is a member of the Hall of Fame Payroll Chapter and is studying to earn her FPC. She is a mother of 2 children and when she is not calculating paychecks, she is usually spending time with her kids and riding her motorcycle.

Scott is a Premier Pay® Payroll Processor at Atlas Certified Payroll Inc. and has been with the company since September 2022. He has many years of experience working in the payroll processing field.

He enjoys the customer contact and customizing the payrolls to each individual client.

Erica is a Premier Pay® Payroll Processor at Atlas Certified Payroll Inc. and has been with the company since November 2022.

Erica has worked in payroll for 5 years. Outside of work her 8 year old son keeps her busy with sports. If he isn’t playing sports than you will find him watching his favorite team on TV, the Cincinnati Bengals!

Renee is a Premier Pay® Payroll Processor with ATLAS Certified Payroll Inc. She has been with ATLAS since October 2023.

Renee prides herself in providing excellent customer service and attention to detail. She has several years of experience in Accounts Payable and processing payroll, with an Associates Degree in Accounting.

Renee enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her “fur kids” Frankie and Johnny.

Kelly is a Premier Pay® Payroll Processor with ATLAS Certified Payroll Inc. She has been with ATLAS since June 2014.

Kelly has an Associate of Science Degree in Administrative Assisting and a Technical Accounting Certificate. She has been in accounting, including processing payrolls, for over 10 years.

Kelly is married to Shawn and has two adult “bonus” children and two fur babies. On her free time, she likes spending time with family and friends, and spending time at her family’s recreational farm.

Caroline graduated from Stark State College in 2022 with a double Associates Degree in Applied Business for Accounting-Tax and Applied Business for Accounting-CPA. She also took courses from Stark State College that earned her certificates in QuickBooks® and bookkeeping. She pursued her education further by taking additional courses which earned her certificates in tax preparation and "enrolled agent," which are precursors to the Enrolled Agent exam and designation. Caroline is excited at the prospect of advancing her career in the coming years by taking the Enrolled Agent exam to earn her EA.
